Our Environment
Set in Penang, UHX International School is the grounds of our Edinburgh Young Schoolers program. The students are taught in spacious classrooms, with a maximum of 5 students to a teacher. We provide an extended day program, which adds an element of home and comfort to our learning environment for the students to explore in familiarity and safety.
Learn By Doing
The students are exposed to different types of day to day activities, which are all in place to form experiences for the learners. Through these experiences, the students begin a guided thought process and gain independence in certain activities. The foundation of reading, speaking, and writing are formed at this stage and enhanced through thematic integrated learning.
Mission
Education during the ages of 2-5 is formidable to the development of the student. Through this understanding, our curriculum and care offers a holistic approach to Early Years Education at an international level as well as maintaining the cultural aspects of Southeast Asian practices.
